White straight British male

I am a white straight British male,
though skin cannot be black or white;
only a dark or mid or pale
degree of browny-salmon. Right?

Take 2: I'm British male and straight,
… though experts query 'straight' these days,
saying assumptions are innate
and heteros are latent gays.

'British' I won't be denied:
Fife-born, Welsh name, English stock,
but, as our homelands subdivide,
it's farewell Dermot, Dai, Jim, Jock.

For a' that, still a man's a man,
or so I thought, but every guy
of woman born, it seems, began
as X and I can't fathom Y.

So I'm not white, straight, male nor Brit;
an ethnic hybrid, pink of hide,
swinging both ways with my kit
no longer swinging side to side.
